It is the gap between what a cashier page promises and what actually lands in a chequing account on a Sunday night — and how much of that gap is the bank rather than the casino.

One author per site is deliberate. A guide with six rotating bylines and no consistent method is harder to hold to account than one person whose name is on every page. If a figure here is wrong, there is no question about who got it wrong.
The three dates in every byline
Every guide on this site carries three dates in a small card at the foot of the page. They mean different things, and on a payments page the third one is the only one that really matters.
Published
When the page first went live. It never changes, so you can see how long a guide has existed rather than guessing from a refreshed timestamp.
Updated
The last time the substance changed — a method added or removed, a section rewritten. Fixing a typo does not move this date.
Checked
The last time the numbers were verified against the live cashier. On a limits or timings page, this is the date to read first.
Plenty of sites move a single "last updated" date every week without touching the content. Splitting the three makes that impossible to do quietly, which is the point.
How the figures get tested
A funded Canadian account, in Canadian dollars
Every limit and timing quoted on the payments pages is read from a real cashier on a real account. A promotional page is a marketing document; the cashier is what you will actually be looking at.
Timings measured end to end, not quoted
A withdrawal time is measured from the moment it is requested to the moment the money is spendable, which is why card payouts are reported as one to five business days rather than the one to four hours the approval takes.
Regulatory claims go to the register
Licensing statements are checked against the regulator's own record and linked so you can read it yourself. Where a licence does not exist — as with private online casinos outside Ontario — the page says so plainly instead of implying one.
Reader reports get corroborated before they are published
A single message about a slow payout is an anecdote. Several independent reports describing the same behaviour in the same window is a pattern worth writing down, and that is the bar an entry in the outage log has to clear.
Uncertainty gets said out loud
Some things cannot be observed from a player account — internal review thresholds, for one. Where that is the case the page describes what is visible and attributes the rest, rather than inventing a number that reads well.
Independence, and where the money comes from
What this site is
An independent guide to one brand, written for players in Canada. It is not operated by bet365, has no access to your account, and cannot act on your behalf in a dispute.
How it is funded
Some outbound links to the operator are commercial. That pays for the site, and it is disclosed here rather than buried, because you should factor it in when you read anything positive.
What it does not change
The figures. A cash-advance warning, a "there are no sister sites" answer and a card payout of one to five days are all commercially unhelpful, and all on the site anyway.
What is never published
Guaranteed wins, systems, strategies that beat a house edge, or any suggestion that gambling is a way to make money. It is entertainment with a cost, and the cost is the point of most of these pages.
Corrections
Cashiers change without announcement. Methods disappear, minimums move, and a figure that was right in June can be wrong by September. When a page here is wrong, the fix is to change it and move the check date, not to quietly reword it.
What is useful to send
The page address, the figure you think is wrong, and what you saw in the cashier instead. A screenshot with the amount visible settles most of them in one message.
What happens next
It gets checked against the live cashier. If it holds up, the page is corrected and its check date moves the same day. If it does not, that is usually because the limit differs by account rather than by site.
For anything about your own balance, a held withdrawal or a closed account, the operator's own support is the only route that can actually resolve it. This site cannot see your account and cannot escalate on your behalf.
